Do you have Public Liability Insurance?

Yes. We carry Public Liability Insurance with cover up to £1 million.

Are your inflatables PIPA tested?

Yes. All applicable inflatables are inspected annually and tested to current PIPA standards. Test information can be viewed within the individual product listings where applicable.

Is your electrical equipment PAT tested?

Yes. Electrical items including disco equipment, speakers, lighting and fun food machines are PAT tested annually.

What products do you hire?

We offer a wide range of event equipment including Bouncy Castles, Soft Play, Disco Castles, Fun Food, Mascot/character Vista, Photo Booth And Magic Mirror, Inflatable Games and Event Hire products.

Do you supply equipment for schools and community events?

Yes. We regularly support schools, colleges, community groups and businesses with equipment from our School Fun Fair, School University And College Event and Staffing And Supervision sections.

Can a bouncy castle be used indoors?

Yes. Many of our inflatables are suitable for indoor venues. If ceiling height is limited, we recommend viewing our Low Height (8ft & Under) Bouncy Castles collection.

Can inflatables be placed on concrete or hard standing?

Indoor hard standing setups may be possible in suitable venues. Outdoor hard standing installations are assessed carefully and may not always be suitable. Please contact us before booking so we can advise on your location.

Can inflatables be used in wet weather?

Light showers are usually not a problem and many inflatables include built-in shower covers. However, safety guidance must always be followed and our team will explain this during setup.

What happens if there is heavy rain or thunderstorms?

If severe weather makes a hire unsafe, we may need to cancel or rearrange the booking. Customer safety will always take priority.

What happens during high winds?

Inflatables cannot operate safely in wind speeds above 24mph. If weather conditions exceed safe operating limits, we will contact you to discuss available options.

What should I do if heavy rain starts during my hire?

Everyone should leave the inflatable immediately. The inflatable should remain switched on and inflated until our team returns to collect it.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A booking deposit is required to secure your reservation. Full details can be found on our Booking Fee/Deposit page.

What is your cancellation policy?

If we cancel an outdoor booking due to unsafe weather conditions, payments already made can usually be transferred to a future booking date. Customer cancellations are subject to our booking terms and conditions.

What time do you deliver?

Delivery times vary depending on route planning and seasonal demand. During busy periods deliveries can begin from early morning. We normally contact customers before the booking date with delivery information.

What time do you collect?

Collection times depend on the day's schedule and the type of booking. Most collections begin from late afternoon onwards.

Do you offer overnight hire?

Yes. Overnight hire is available on selected products. The hire location must be secure and additional charges may apply.

Can I hire soft play on its own?

Do you hire mascots?

Yes. Popular choices include the Stitch Mascot, Baby Cocomelon Mascot, Mickey Mouse and Mario Mascot. You can view more options within Mascot/character Vista.

Do you provide disco packages?

Yes. We offer children's discos, disco domes, mobile discos and complete party packages. Popular options include the 2 Hour Children Disco, 3 Hour Kids Disco and 2 Hour Disco and Bouncy Castle Hire.

Do you provide fun food machines?

Yes. We hire popcorn, candy floss and hot dog machines. Popular products include the Candy Floss Machine 1 Hour, Popcorn Machine 1 Hour and Hot Dog Machine.
