Q: Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
Answer: Yes. We are fully insured up to £5million.
Q: Are your products PIPA tested?
Answer: Yes, all products are PIPA tested annually. Inspection reports can be viewed under the "Tests" section of each product.
Q: Are your products PAT tested?
Answer: Yes, all equipment is PAT tested annually. Certificates can be provided upon request.
Q: Can bouncy castles be hired on hard standing outdoors?
Answer: No, due to health and safety reasons only indoor hard standing hire is possible.
Q: Can my outdoor booking still go ahead in the event of high winds?
Answer: No, due to health and safety reasons if the wind speeds are higher than 24mph your booking cannot go ahead. If this is the case we will contact you to discuss your booking.
Q: What should I do if it starts to rain heavily?
Answer: Although all equipment is waterproof, everyone must immediately get off the inflatable and leave the product inflated ready for collection.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
Answer: If WE have to cancel your booking due to weather conditions any payments received so far can be used as a credit against a future booking within 12 months.
If YOU need to cancel your booking your £20 deposit will not be refunded as this is a non-refundable deposit required to secure your booking. Please give as much notice as possible if you do need to cancel as this allows us to make the products available for other customers. If you cancel within 7 days of the booking date, full payment is still required.
