Disco Dome Bouncy Castle Hire in Durham, Sunderland & Newcastle
A Disco Dome is a good fit when the party needs more than a standard bouncy castle but you still want one main inflatable doing most of the work. It combines a bouncing floor with party lighting and Bluetooth music, giving children somewhere to bounce, dance and listen to their own playlist without needing a separate disco setup.
Bounce Craze provides Disco Dome hire in Sunderland, Durham, Newcastle and other North East locations, with delivery, setup and collection handled by our team.
One inflatable, three parts of the party
The Disco Dome brings together three things that would normally be arranged separately:
- A fully inflatable bouncing floor
- Disco lighting inside the dome
- A Bluetooth speaker for compatible phones and music devices
That makes it particularly useful for birthdays where children want to move between bouncing and dancing without the host needing to create a separate entertainment area.
Bring your own playlist
The Bluetooth speaker means the music can suit the children attending rather than being fixed in advance by the equipment provider. Prepare a playlist before the party, connect a compatible device and use the music your guests already enjoy.
If sound and lighting are the main focus of the event, it is also worth comparing the dome with our Children - Disco services or Kids Disco & Party Packages. The difference is that the Disco Dome still gives children an inflatable bouncing area as part of the same setup.
Why Disco Domes work especially well indoors
Party lighting generally shows more clearly indoors than in bright daylight, so a suitable hall can be an excellent setting for a Disco Dome. Indoor bookings also remove much of the uncertainty created by outdoor weather conditions.
The venue must still provide enough floor space and ceiling height for the inflatable, along with suitable access for delivery and setup. Our Hall Hire in County Durham information may help if you are still looking for an indoor venue.
Disco Dome parties in Washington, Gateshead and Chester-le-Street
Disco Domes can suit birthday parties, youth events, family celebrations and suitable school activities in Washington, Gateshead and Chester-le-Street.
For larger events, you can use the dome as one element rather than the whole programme. Inflatable Games can provide another activity, while Fun Food can add popcorn, candy floss or other suitable event options.
What if younger children are coming too?
A Disco Dome may be the main attraction for older children, but younger siblings do not have to use the same equipment. Soft Play can provide a separate area for toddlers and younger guests.
Local soft play information is available for Durham, Newcastle, Sunderland and Peterlee, which can be useful if you are putting together a mixed-age party.
Disco Dome or Disco Theme bouncy castle?
These are not quite the same thing. A Disco Dome includes music and lighting inside the inflatable, while our Disco Theme range is based around disco-style artwork on bounce and slide bouncy castles.
If the child mainly wants bouncing and sliding with disco visuals, the themed castle may be enough. If music and lights are central to the party, the Disco Dome is usually the more directly relevant option.
Where else can we deliver?
Bounce Craze also provides inflatable hire in Peterlee, Hartlepool, Stanley, Consett, Sutton and locations throughout Tyne and Wear.
Use our Areas Covered page if you need to check a particular postcode before booking.
How is the Disco Dome prepared for hire?
The inflatable is cleaned and maintained as part of our normal hire process. Applicable inflatables are PIPA tested annually, electrical equipment is PAT tested annually, and Bounce Craze carries Public Liability Insurance up to £1 million.
Our team delivers and sets up the equipment and provides the relevant operating guidance before use. Further information is available in our Castle Safety Rules and Hire Agreement & Safety Instructions.
Check your date before choosing the playlist
Disco Domes are particularly useful for birthdays and school holiday dates, so availability can tighten on popular weekends. Check the Disco Dome online for your event date once you know the venue and available space.
