CASTLE SAFETY RULES π°β οΈ
Read these castle safety rules before hire. This summary explains responsibilities, weather risks, supervision needs, and safe use. Following these rules reduces injury and ensures a safe, fun hire. π
Important weather policy π§οΈπ¨
If it's adverse weather on the day of hire, i.e., high winds or rain, we cannot put castles out for safety reasons. Although our castles have roofs, they are only shower proof so the castle can and will still get wet. A wet castle is a slippy surface and the risk of injury increases; therefore we may need to cancel for your own good. π

Before setup — site requirements π

Anchoring and blowers π©π¨
- Do not move anchors, stakes or sandbags. They secure the castle. πͺ’
- Keep blowers clear of obstructions. Do not block airflow. π
- Do not operate blowers in heavy rain or flooding conditions. π§οΈ
- Use only supplied electrical leads and protected outlets. Avoid extension overload. β οΈ
Wet surface safety and cancellation policy π§οΈ
- Wet surfaces become slippery. Reduce numbers and activity if damp. π§
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse setup in high wind or heavy rain. For safety, no exceptions. β
- If the castle gets wet during hire, supervise extra carefully or pause use until safe. βΈοΈ
Emergency procedures and damage βοΈπ
- Stop use immediately if a child is injured. Provide first aid and call emergency services if needed. π
- Report any damage to the castle or equipment to us immediately. Do not attempt major repairs. π§
- Keep our contact number available during hire. Quick contact speeds resolution. π²
Final checks — end of hire β
- Remove all rubbish and personal items from the castle. ποΈ
- Do not deflate or dismantle equipment unless instructed. We handle pack-up. π οΈ
- Report any incidents or concerns before our team leaves. This keeps future hires safe. π
